How to prepare: rice Pizza
Boil the rice in salted water. Meanwhile, sauté the onion in a little olive oil for a few minutes in a pan, add the chopped tomatoes, add salt and cook for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Cut the mozzarella into cubes; grease with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs a baking sheet or a baking dish. Drain the rice al dente, season with the egg and the grated grana padano cheese, transfer it into the Pan, smooth it down with the back of a spoon and spread out over the tomato pulp.
Distributed on the surface of the cake the mozzarella into cubes and a few leaves of Basil and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 15-20 minutes. Let cool and serve sliced.
